Refund policy

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

We fully stand behind the quality and durability of our handmade sandals.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be in their original, unworn condition and free from any signs of use.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost.

The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using the most economical trackable postal service available. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

For orders that qualified for free shipping, a shipping and handling fee equal to 20% of the order value will be deducted from the refund amount.

CANCELLATIONS

All Kionas Sandals products are handmade to order. Production begins only after an order has been placed, and we do not maintain a stock of pre-manufactured sandals.

Because each pair is individually crafted for the customer, cancellation requests can only be accepted before production has started. Once production has begun, we reserve the right to decline cancellation requests.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Any order that includes custom modifications, special sizing requests, width adjustments, color changes, personalized specifications, or any other customer-requested alterations is considered a custom order.

Custom orders are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Customers returning items from outside the European Union must clearly indicate that the shipment is a return and not a new purchase.

We strongly recommend declaring the package as "Returned Goods" and using a very low declared value, in accordance with local postal and customs regulations.

The original receipt or customs declaration that accompanied the shipment should remain attached to the package, or otherwise be placed in a clearly visible location, so that Greek customs authorities can identify the parcel as a returned item rather than a new commercial import.

The buyer is solely responsible for ensuring that all customs and shipping documents are completed correctly.

If customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, handling charges, or any other costs are imposed upon the parcel's arrival in Greece, these charges remain the responsibility of the buyer. In such cases, the amount paid by us will be deducted from the refund. A copy of the official customs documentation and proof of the charges will be provided to the buyer upon request.

Any delays, inspections, or customs procedures carried out by postal or customs authorities are beyond our control.
