Inside our workshop in Greece, every pair of KIONAS sandals is shaped by hand, one step at a time. We focus on balance, form, and durability, allowing each design to evolve naturally through the making process rather than forcing speed or volume.

We work with carefully selected natural leathers, cutting, shaping, and finishing each piece using simple tools and traditional techniques. Every detail is handled manually, so the material itself guides the final result and gives each pair its own character.

Our process is intentionally slow. From start to finish, each pair passes through skilled hands with patience and attention, reflecting a way of making that values craftsmanship, longevity, and respect for the materials — not mass production.
